Shipping Policy

Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Shipping Restrictions

• Forward Movement Group LLC will not ship to the following states under any circumstances:

Florida (FL), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Delaware (DE), Hawaii (HI), Illinois (IL), Maryland (MD), Minnesota (MN), New Jersey (NJ), Nevada (NV), New York (NY), and Rhode Island (RI).

• If any additional states, territories, or jurisdictions enact laws or regulations prohibiting the sale, possession, or shipment of our products, we will immediately cease shipments to those areas.

• If we discover after receiving an order that shipment is prohibited by law, Forward Movement Group LLC reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

• Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the products they purchase.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Once a package is accepted by the carrier, Forward Movement Group LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will provide supporting documentation to assist with the claim if needed.

 

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

• Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting the carrier for updates if delays occur.

 

Backorders & Delays

• If an item is on backorder, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. You may choose to wait for the backorder or request a refund.

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

 

Compliance Disclaimer

• By placing an order with Forward Movement Group LLC, you affirm that you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, and possess the products you ordered.

• We make no guarantees that our products are legal in your specific jurisdiction. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws before purchasing.

• Forward Movement Group LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at our sole discretion, if we determine that shipment would violate any law or regulation.
